December Amiami loot

Got my Amiami order from December today~ I didn't have any figure pre-orders for December to take my money, so I managed to get quite many of the lovely kimono sets for my Neemos! ♥

Three XS sets and one in M size~ The blue & pink set is Sarg's, the rest are mine. Naturally I couldn't pass on the pink kimonos and also wanted the black & purple one for Mimi :) It's so nice that Azone often offers these cute pastel colored clothes, but also some more casual colors so that there is something for everyone. The kimono sets with animal hats were really cute, but I didn't really like the colors or fabrics - which is probably a good thing for my wallet in this case, hahah XD

I also got a Picconeemo shrine maiden outfit and a pair of zouri sandals :) I already had zouris in a couple of other colors, but this pastel peachy pink color was a must~ This is the first non-casual outfit for my Picconeemos, hopefully there'll be more stuff like this in the Picco clothing line. I've been thinking of making a few kimonos myself for Pureneemos, but sewing something like that in Picco size would be sooo challenging, I'm not sure if I'd be up for it :'D

Oh and one funny thing about the outfit is that Sarg keeps referring to it as the "noodle outfit" - she thinks it looks like something a person working on a Japanese noodle restaurant would use XD Too much anime, I guess?

Had to get one more of these too... It was the last one in stock >3< Now I have a total of four...

I also took a few quick shots of the kimonos in action~ I definitely need to take more with a proper background soon when I have more time ^^ These shots only have the kimonos, I didn't put on the hakamas (those frilly skirt thingies).

Mimi, Sarg's Nanami and Hikari showing off their new kimonos~ They seem satisfied! The pink set is absolutely my favorite, though I guess that's not surprising at all XD

Though I bought this M sized kimono mainly with Shiori (my Heartful Kiss Maya) in mind, I wanted to try it on Alisa... And it looks quite good on her I think :) I really wish Azone would've had more color variations of this design to offer - there was only a turquoise one besides this pink and I didn't like the color that much.

Last but not least, here's Ginny with the shrine maiden outfit - how cute! ♥ I think I need to do a little noodle kitchen photoshoot with her at some point XD I might need to buy another one of these outfits  (or maybe the version with longer skirt?) sometime later, so that Ginny could have a friend wearing similar clothes in the photos x3

That's about it for this loot! :) Next I need to post about my thoughts on a prize figure that I got recently, stay tuned for that!

    1. Oh it's not an actual prize that I won or anything, I bought the figure from Yahoo Japan XD Prize figures are often awarded in crane machines or lotteries in Japan and not usually available for pre-order like many scale figures etc. So they're a bit harder to get, but mostly lower quality than scales and thus quite cheap. I'll try to make post in a couple of days :3

      Thank you! ♥

  2. I love all the kimonos, are the frilly hakamas a new trend thing? :D ~
I was hoping Azone might release some darker/serious style kimonos at one point too :D I'd definitely buy some! There are some really gorgeously patterned kimonos out there ~~

    1. Thanks~ Looks like they might be a new trend or something :D Idk really, but they look really cute! ♥

Hope there'll be some darker kimonos later too~ I tend to prefer the lighter colors so that there's no staining >.<

  4. Oh those kimonos look great on the dolls. I debated over a few of those but never ended up getting any with my last HS order. I always worry they might not look as good on my dolls but they definitely fall nicely.

And a prize figure, you have me curious!

    1. Thank you :) I was very happy with these. At least Amiami seemed to still have them in stock last time I checked, so it's not still too late to get them ;)

I'll try to post about the figure in a few days!

    1. Thanks so much! ♥ The frilly skirt is a separate part, the kimono can be worn with or without it and here I chose the latter :)

  6. Söpöjä~ ♥o♥ Itsekin katselin näitä kimono-ihanuuksia, mutta en sitten tullut hankkineeksi... paitsi yhden! Kissahattuisen setin tietysti ^^

    1. Kiitos!
